Director Mr. Wallace has spent the last 20 years as a consultant to many successful junior mining companies where he was instrumental in building first class mining exploration and development projects. He has particular expertise in corporate development, international mining deal structure and M&A activity. Mr. Wallace is the founder and Executive Chairman for Keegan Resources.
